영어 뉴스로 영어 완전 정복하기 365 프로젝트 그 첫 번째 입니다. 

 

10개 문장으로 구성된 영어 뉴스 지문 365개(꼭지)를 

 

완전히 듣고 학습하고 암기하는 과정에서 어떤 변화가 나타나는지를

 

그리고 이 프로젝트가 완성되었을 때 어떤 변화가 나타나 있는지를 확인하고자 하는 프로젝트입니다.

When we produced today`s program, scientists weren`t sure when or if Hurricane Dorian would make landfall in the mainland United States. Monday night the National Weather Service said it was an extremely dangerous Category 4 storm with wind speeds of 145 miles per hour. It had weakened somewhat from when it hit the Bahamas on Sunday. At that time it was a Category 5 system, the strongest classification with wind speeds of 180 miles per hour.

The independent island chain has seen a lot of hurricanes since record keeping began in the 1800s` but this is the first Category 5 storm known to strike the Bahamas and it was still battering them last night. That`s one of the characteristics that make Hurricane Dorian unique. It`s been very slow moving. As its eye the center of the storm passed over Grand Bahama Monday, Hurricane Dorian was moving at one mile per hour. You move at three miles per hour when you`re walking. So this means the storm spends more time blasting buildings with its destructive winds and soaking land with its drenching rain.

 

 

소감 ... 

 

1. 학생들 시험 기간이라 동영상 편집 과정이 턱 없이 부족하여

   원래의 '10개 문장으로 구성된 365개의 뉴스 단락'을 '5개 문장으로 구성된 365개의 뉴스 단락'으로 수정합니다. 

 

2. 저도 또한 그동안 암기라는 것을 잊고 살아온지라 단락 전체를 암기하는 데 시간이 어느 정도 걸리네요. 

   (머리 속에 있는 지식으로 가르치는 것과 옴소 암기하는 것은 전혀 별개이기에) 

 

3. 뉴스 스크립트를 따라 읽으면서 intonation 또한 다시 교정하고 

   학생 때로 돌아간 듯한 신선한 기분이 듭니다. 

 

4. 일단, 001 스크립트 다 암기한 상태에서 002 스크립트 또한 작업해서 블로그에 올립니다. 

 

5. 독자/ 청취자/ 구독자 여러분들께서도 3일 정도의 간격으로
